Home Valley Station is committed to National Tourism Certification through the "Respecting Our Culture Tourism Certification Program".
Working with the ROC Program criteria, Home Valley Station has created a Healing Garden, a Cultural Centre and a Gallery within the
Homestead facilities.
It is here guests to Home Valley Station, Durack River Station and Karunjie Station can learn more about the traditional owners attached to these Stations, or better said, to their "country" - the Balanggarra people and the Nyaliga people.
We ask all visitors to drop by, have a look at the literature, the images, purchase an authentic souvenir and write their story or comment in our Respecting Our Culture visitor's diary. The Cultural Centre will provide visitors a chance to purchase local indigenous craft and artwork.
