Home Valley Station is owned by Australia's Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC). Home Valley Station is a working cattle station providing experience-based holidays within the spectacular Kimberley wilderness.
Home Valley Station owners, managers and staff have a passion to ensure we provide our guests with lasting holiday memories that will be treasured for years after they leave our property. Our operational ethos extends itself to the staff we employ.
Home Valley Station offers a diverse range of accommodation styles, interpretive tours and activities and a work culture which plays testament to the wonderful feedback we receive from our guests.
Indigenous training is another core element of the Home Valley Station business. The ILC has provided managers with the infrastructure and systems to allow for sustainable employment opportunities derived from a range of TAFE accredited courses. Up to 10 Indigenous men and women from the Kimberley region are selected to participate onsite within the course they wish to complete. Upon completion of their selected course they are then positioned within the Home Valley Station tourism operation or the cattle station operation. Additionally they are offered positions within other ILC businesses and assisted with opportunities within non-ILC businesses.
